Careers
At Alder Care, we believe great care starts with looking after our team. We are building a workplace where kindness, respect and genuine teamwork are part of every day. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves, and believe that warmth, humour and a positive attitude make a real difference.
We're looking for people who care about making a real difference in the lives of older Australians. Whether you're an experienced support worker, nurse or care professional, we value compassion, reliability and a commitment to helping people remain independent in their own homes.
As a small, locally owned business, you'll know the people you work with and have direct support from the owners. We believe in open communication, ongoing learning and giving our team the time and resources to provide quality care.
If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be valued, supported and encouraged to grow while making a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.
